Microsoft should distribute old laptops in the third world.
As described in this New York Times article, Microsoft has taken losses paying for the recycling of old laptops that are in workable condition. Why not donate them to needy folks around the world?

Pre-bundle the Service Packs
I have to install Windows a lot for my job, and the task of installing SP1, 2, and 3 every time is crazy. Can't you bundle the service packs with newly released versions?

Rather than cap bandwidth usage, throttle spammers.
The new bandwidth caps are pretty annoying. I understand that the infrastructure can only take so much, but what about spammers slugging your network with emails? Let's take the spammers down before hurting everyone else.
